The conception of crime is often taken for granted. Yet it escapes easy characterization when we try to analyze it. The nature of crime has evolved rapidly. Globalization and rapid technological advancement have made possible new forms of crimes. Criminal investigations have kept up and many offences which would have previously stayed hidden from scrutiny are now detectable. The face of criminal law practice has changed because of all this.

We host Mr. Rebecca M. John in this webinar. Designated as a Senior Advocate in 2013, Ms. John has been practising exclusively on the criminal side for more than three decades.
