About Shriya Maini

Ms. Shriya Maini is an Advocate – on – Record at the Supreme Court of India. She specializes in cross - border dispute resolution (civil, criminal and matrimonial) and has been accredited with numerous publications in various International journals.

A post - graduate from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom and gold medallist from Gujarat National Law University, Ms. Maini worked in the Cabinet of President Judge Theodor Meron, Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals at The Hague, Netherlands. A recipient of the Oxford Global Justice Award for Excellence in Public International Law 2015-16 and Dr. Mrs. Ambruti Salve Award 2014-15 , Ms. Maini also worked as an associate in the litigation and arbitration team at erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff.

Besides currently practising in the Indian courts, Ms. Maini serves as a Visiting Faculty for Criminal Laws, Human Rights, Supreme Court : Practice & Procedure, Women and Child Laws and International Crimes at National Law University, Delhi, Renaissance Institute of Law and Lloyd Law College, Noida. She also serves as an external member on the Internal Complaints Committee at Lloyd Law College, Noida.
